I arrived for my appointment at at 11:20 AM, after waiting calmly for over four and a half hours without receiving any updates, I approached the service desk to inquire about the status of my vehicle. It was only at this point that your staff realized my paperwork had been misplaced. My vehicle was finally completed 30 minutes later, resulting in a total wait time of five and a half hours. To No one has offered an apology for this severe oversight. Furthermore, despite presenting a valid promotional coupon to the initial service advisor at the desk, the discount was completely omitted from my final invoice by the checkout agent.A standard oil change should never require a five-hour delay. The lack of proactive communication, the failure to honor the promotional pricing, and the absence of basic accountability from your staff made this an incredibly poor experience.

Here’s a revised version that includes your long history as a customer: ⭐ 1 Star I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Precision Tune on Baileywick Road, especially because I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years. Over the years, I have trusted this location with my vehicles and have continued to return because I believed I would receive honest and professional service. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was very disappointing. First, I received three separate phone calls from the front desk technician and was quoted three different prices for the same work. The lack of consistency and communication was frustrating and unprofessional. What made matters worse was discovering that two of my front wheel center caps had been broken during service. No one informed me of the damage. Instead, after picking up my truck, I opened the passenger door and found the broken center caps sitting on the seat. There was no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to discuss what had happened. Looking back, I now wonder if the discount I received was related to the damage. If that was the case, someone should have been honest and upfront about it. Accidents happen, bu

I've been taking my 2010 raptor to this spot for the last 6 years. They have always taken care of my truck. Started taking it at 180k, and currently at 235,000 miles. From oil changes, all 16 spark plug changes, iwe vacuum lines, front axles, control arms, radiator fluid exchanges, transmission fluid exchanges, the works. They never upcharged, never said my truck was "heavy duty" so they had to add more (like the dealership). Always took care of the old blue. Its time for us to move. I took my truck in for its last service here at this location. Will always recommend this place. Thank you for taking great care of my truck.

It was about 10 minutes after 5pm and I needed to get a quick state inspection done to renew my vehicle registration. After checking with a couple of other places, and either being told I had to make an appointment for next week, or sorry but their technician had gone for the day, I gave Precision Tune Auto Care at 9009-101 Baileywick Road in Raleigh a call and was told they would be happy to help. I arrived about ten minutes later, and Representative Laz Chacon was very friendly and efficient. He got the paperwork started right away and everything completed within 20 minutes. I could not have been more pleased or appreciative! I will definitely check back with Precision Tune Auto Care the next time I have any repair need for my car.
